About Program

The PGDM program with dual specialization at GNIM allows students to explore and learn more about two different areas of management. It gives students the chance to develop knowledge, skills and awareness in two specialist areas, and nurtures them to become multifaceted professionals with an edge over others.

The first benefit of a PGDM course with dual specialization is flexibility, as there are endless specializations to choose from, from Marketing and Finance to Human Resources, Operations, Information Technology, International Business and many more. This flexibility allows individuals to shape their own learning and career path. For example, a student can study both Marketing and Finance to develop expertise in brand management or combine Human Resources with Operations to create a specialism in supply chain management.

PGDM students also gain a wider perspective and more rounded capacities. Developing two complementary fields means students develop different skills that will apply to various roles in organizations. For instance, a professional with specialization in Marketing and Information Technology can build digital marketing strategies using innovative technology and drive meaning and impact in the organizations. Another benefit of doing a PGDM is a better career prospects. Graduates with two specializations have a competitive advantage in the job market. They have specialized skills that an organization needs and will continue to require in the future even if the industry does not exist today. This added advantage alone is important to explore a wider range of job roles and industries and use their diverse field of knowledge. This opens doors to more exciting opportunities and quicker career advancement than most graduates.

Our pedagogy is aimed to create well-rounded, versatile, and industry-ready professional managers who develop the capabilities and dispositions to manage, work, and function successfully in a competitive business space. We want to develop talent, foster creativity, and prepare PGDM graduates for effective and useful roles and functions as leaders and change agents in their fields.
