The Library, with its conscious layout of modern collection of knowledge resources and new forms of information services, provides a meaningful contribution to the academic community in carrying out their intellectual work. The Library at GNIM is a substantial, fully air-conditioned, modern building housing an extensive collection (both print and electronic), including books (about 4000), databases, etc. At present GNIM is using the Liv Guru software as a library management system. The library contains a wide range of books, magazines, journals, research papers and thesis, from all the management streams. The library has currently subscribed to 50 selected periodicals in print form and has online access to over 10,000periodicals.
GNIM has e-Resource Centre for accessing electronic databases of journals and reference sources. The library is a member of the Developing Library Network (DELNET) which provides the library an interface to over 5959 institutions (India 5934, Overseas: 25).
GNIM library also has a large collection of around 10200 books and approximately 24 journals (both national and international).
The library is a subscriber to some of the available prestigious electronic databases like Business Source Complete (EBSCO Publishing), Economic Outlook, J-gate Plus Social & Management Science Portal, CMIE-PROWESS etc.
The GNIM library has a reading/seating capacity of 50 students at any one time. The library is well-designed and fully air-conditioned, giving students a tranquil environment to pursue their knowledge and develop their skills uninterrupted.
