Greater Noida Institute of Management (GNIM) provides a two-year full-time PGDM programme, which is developed by eminent practitioners and academicians. The institute's strength lies in its clear and strong emphasis on industry interface. GNIM believes that internships provide the most important channel for students to gain exposure to the field and professional perspectives.

As a part of the summer internship programme, students are given ample opportunity to practice their classroom learning in a business environment. The internship is completed over two months and serves as an important transition between academic learning and corporate experience. Students can choose to learn in their area of interest and career focus. The internships are being offered across core specializations; Human Resource, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Information Technology, International Business, and Business Analytics.

Most importantly, GNIM collaborates with reputed companies like Adani, Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL), Times of India, Amul, Info Edge, DS Group, to recruit interns. GNIM partnerships provide students with a unique opportunity but, more importantly, an opportunity to practice working skills required in a workplace. Most will come with some stipend offering the students some monetary recognition for their efforts and contribution.
